About the EK90
The EK90M is a multipurpose model designed to be a Multifunctional Drill Rig mounted on a CAT 323 Next Gen excavator base.This versatile machine works for applications of Micropile, Jet Grouting, Segmented Flight Auger and Tiebacks. Its unique design allow for simple conversion between these applications. It is equipped with radio remote control to ensure a fast and safe operation. Operation can be executed either from the remote control, or the cab.The parallelogram, the mast vertical slide, and the rotary shift slide are exemplary features useful for a multiple process of drilling operations.
Base:
- The new Cat 323 Next Gen powered by a fuel efficient Tier 4 Final C7.1 ACERT engine.
- Equipped with CAT Vision Link that allows management to monitor machine operations and maintenance data online
Undercarriage:
- Caterpillar variable undercarriage VH4830/3675/600. Reinforced frame H style variable undercarriage.
Mast:
- Reinforced mast, with high resistance steel Weldox 700.
- Mast Slide with 11ft travel.
Crowd / Pull back Winch:
- High Resistance Tinken 4 link chain.
- 2 gears allows for both high speed and high pulling force.
