About the EM500
The EM500 is a multipurpose model designed to be a Multifunctional Drill Rig mounted on a CAT 316 Next Gen excavator base. This small foot pring machine works for applications of CFA, Micropile and Jet Grouting,. Its unique design allow for simple conversion between these applications. It can be equipped with radio remote control to ensure a fast and safe operation. Operation can be executed either from the remote control, or the cab. The parallelogram, the mast vertical slide, and the rotary shift slide are exemplary features useful for a multiple process of drilling operations.
Base:
- The new Cat 316 Next Gen powered by a fuel efficient Tier 4 Final C4.4 ACERT engine.
- Equipped with CAT Vision Link that allows management to monitor machine operations and maintenance data online.
Undercarriage:
